This 4-inch deck mounted faucet is from T&S. It has a polished chrome plated brass body with a 5-3/4 inch swivel/rigid gooseneck spout. The centers can be adjusted from 3-3/4 to 4-1/4 inches. Faucet has 1/2-inch NPT female inlets. Includes a lock washer to convert the spout from swivel to rigid. T&S model number B-0325.
