This Auto Loading Folding Utility Knife is made by Klein Tools. It is a fully retractable utility knife that makes it easy to change the utility blade with minimal exposure to them. Simply push the blade release button to remove the old blade, slide the lever back, and push back out to release the new blade. An internal blade storage area holds up to 3 blades at a time.
